Chabaso Roasted Garlic Ciabatta
We fresh-roast whole garlic cloves for every batch of this garlic-lover’s ciabatta. To go to that much trouble, and put in that much garlic, along with all the other small-batch artisan steps we take is pretty unusual. We think it’s worth it! We hope our breads help set the table for great conversations and memorable eating.
For the best eating experience, we strongly recommend you heat Chabaso Roasted Garlic Ciabatta before eating. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place bread on an oven rack and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Freezing is the best way to save Chabaso Roasted Garlic Ciabatta for later. Wrap the bread in plastic wrap and place it in a freezer bag. It will last in the freezer for several months
